Resilience and Yoga
This seminar aims to optimize your balance between performance and regeneration to gain more composure, humor, and clarity. You will learn strategies and exercises to integrate into your work and private life to strengthen yourself, to have stability and feel mentally as well as physically "solid as a rock". This seminar is primarily about resource strengthening. In particular, we deal with the theoretical foundations of stress research, the theory and practice of resilience, an inventory of your own "work-life balance" and "personal life goals" practices to find out what strengthens you best in your growth in this area.
This workshop offer is for everyone who wants to strengthen themselves and/or is interested in deepening their understanding of stress/relaxation theories and/or wishes to pass this subject on to others.
The workshop also includes the following:
- Mindfulness Meditation
- Pranayama/Breathing Techniques
- Progressive Muscle Relaxation
- Yoga - Movement Techniques, Corrections, and Theory,
- Yogic Rishikesh Series with Variations
- Suggested muscle relaxation practice
- approx. 30 min. philosophy, theory, and discussion on the topic
What to bring:
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a warm blanket, an extra pair of warm socks, a notebook, and a note pen.
